Activities: The Mother’s Choice World's Greatest Pram Stroll 2008 will be incorporated into Parklands Foundation Community event called World Picnic Day, a fun family event that offers international food stalls, markets, kids activities, old fashion family picnic games like the three legged race or sack jumping competitions, global music and dancing, roving entertainment, railway heritage discovery tours, circus works, jumping castles, Birds Australia tours, Bike Police (learn to ride program), Ranger activities, including; environmental tours, heritage walks and more. Plus, Active Kidz performing live!
Distance: A leisurely 4km walk on the foreshore of Newington Armory through the parklands. The walk will take no more than an hour to complete.
